This weekend offers a mindful immersion into the heart of the method, where breath becomes the anchor, attention becomes the guide, and movement becomes a mirror.
Through guided classes, meditation, pranayama, Mysore-style practice, and philosophical reflection, we explore how presence transforms the way we inhabit familiar postures. Each session builds gently upon the next, revealing the subtle relationship between breath and movement, the intelligence of sequencing, and the patterns that shape both our practice and our lives. As awareness deepens, practice becomes less about doing and more about being — steady, responsive, and awake. This is Ashtanga through a new lens: spacious, embodied, and grounded in care.
