Practice With Me

Bringing a Mindful Approach to Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga yoga in the Mysore tradition.

For twenty-two years, I've been in the room with practitioners, learning to see what bodies say, how breath changes, where people hold and where they release. This isn't about perfecting poses.

It's about being witnessed as you practice.

Where you can practice with me

Stillpoint in London

My home shala, since 2009 in London, where I teach Mysore-style Ashtanga five mornings a week. This is where long practice happens. Where you show up again and again, and I learn to see you over time. The door is open.

European Workshops

I teach workshops and intensives across Europe throughout the year. Over long weekends in the city, working with practitioners who want deeper attention on their practice.

International Retreats

Extended week-long retreats in places where we can practice together without the usual distractions. Space to be seen, to rest, to discover what happens when you slow down enough to notice.

What is Mysore?

In Mysore-style practice, everyone works on their own sequence at their own pace. I move through the room, adjusting, observing, offering what's needed. The practice is yours. My role is to see you clearly and support what wants to happen.
